Totally should’ve seen this coming. Totally didn’t.

What an inglorious, funny mix! Brad Bivins, zombie, and neighbor Sedgwick Nuttingham, spoiled rich boy, with his faithful Gentleman’s Gentleman, Jarvis! Repairing loose slates up on the parapet should make this a Hardhat Zone down below but I guess it’s too late now.

So, who pushed Brad’s eyes back into their sockets?

Yes, Master Sedgwick, like all other members of the preppy and haute bourgeoisie classes, must prepare for The Upcoming Zombie Apocalypse. More at: http://vampyrefangs.wordpress.com/2011/08/03/zombie-awareness-goes-prep/

…I wasn’t sure if I was going to have a good day today until I saw Sedgwick in the first panel.

Whatever happened to Sedgie’s neanderthal servant?

I find it amusing, albeit disconcerting, how quickly Sedgwick assumes that everyone he sees is his servant.

This zombie storyline “Jumped the Shark” about two weeks ago, and is even worse when you add Sedgewick to it (who I almost never find to be funny). Monty is one of my favorite strips, but I find the Sedgewick storylines to be annoying, repetitive, and out-of-place.

The top 1% creates a job and Brad gets the trickle down.

Sedgwick’s safe — no brain for Brad to go after.

This does bring “new life” to the zombie storyline.

Why have you gotten rid of the large sizes? The strips are too small to read easily like this. The Sunday large sizes have been missing for weeks, and now Monty is missing it for the dailies. Please bring back the large size. Thanks.

Monty did say that zombies were low-maintenance.
