    It was NOT SHRUB’S FAULT!

It WAS his fault , however, for blindly following Reagan’s lead without the sense to change tune and increase taxes, to increase jobs, when the writing was on the wall. Even his dad wasn’t so stupid as to watch the economy go over the cliff, then hand the parachute off to his replacement when the economy was already well below, in free fall, at maximum velocity.

Is that Kool-Aid of the same flavor of “It’s all Obama’s fault and repeating the exact same strategies as the last 10 years will magically work out differently this time?”

One has to be seriously intellectually dishonest to consider 25+ years of unparalleled economic growth, much of it at full employment, a tragedy.

Peter- you STILL haven’t figured out it was the true Ponzi scheme? A very small group of people at the top of that pyramid are laughing their butts off at all the folks who STILL think “Reaganomics” was anything but a total con job.

Obama tripled the overspending in 2 years that Bush/congress spent in 8 years. Bush did not “lose 2 million jobs” as the liars enjoy claiming. Bush did sign the Dec.2008 TARP, but Obama went over the moon rewarding unions and donor dems in Wall Street and using taxpayer revenues and phoney money to repay the mortgage Ponzi scheme “bag-holders” of worthless “assets” on toxic loans.

Obama policy favored more “jobs” in government….which is a burden on private businesses where true Job and Economic Growth originates! It is NOT “mechanization” suppressing job growth….it IS federal rules and restrictions holding down the US Economy…..the real “bumps in the road” to Serfdom!

Is disgusted Congresswoman Bachmann? He’s spewing the same BS as I’ve heard her say over and over. You can say all you want that federal regulations “hurt” businesses, but it doesn’t change the fact that the economic collapse happened entirely in the unregulated markets. Bush gave his banking buddies 700 billion dollars in free, no-strings-attached money. When those banks came crawling back for seconds, Obama put strings attached and insisted they pay it back. Obama’s budget wasn’t triple the size of Bush’s. That’s out right BS. Bush kept the appearance of his budget artificially low by paying for his military occupations with special spending bills separate and apart from the “normal” budget. During his administration the national debt rose by well over 4 trillion dollars. They had to raise the debt ceiling 7 times in 8 years.

LOCKERTOWEL Obama didn’t start two wars, borrowed from the Chinese, spend the surplus is predecessor left him, start a financial crisis, start a housing crisis, bail out the banks with no stipulations, outed a CIA agent who was finding out about Iran’s nukes, and basically pissed the whole world off.

Though to be fair he became Shrub light for the first year trying to please the cons

We are fortunate it’s not worse given the 8 year disaster that was Bush/Dick and the obstructionist GOP in Congress.
