Ah… I had read that some of the unregulated growth of fees and charges was due to the bank lobbies. I didn’t know that was literally WHERE they grow.
Good one, Susan! Funny how lately whatever plans I’m using have changed (even phones and my checking acct) and every single credit card has changed their whole numbers (when I finally started to commit to memory)- BAHH!
