I avoid commercial foods now-a-days ; my own whole wheat and flax seed pizza crust is yummy and even the topping is healthier than theirs. I love that I can eat a better diet and better my health in general. Today’s dinner was my own roast turkey topped with a little mayo and 1/2 an avacado, with a medium tomato and large bunch of watercress -YUM!
