Of all the people who are the greatest embarrassments to the state of Wisconsin, they are all Republican – Joseph McCarthy, Paul Ryan, Scott Walker, Ron Johnson, the Fitzgerald Brothers, F. James Sensenbrenner, etc. etc.
The money’s out there. It’s just all concentrated in a few bank accounts. And why should rich folks pay at a higher rate than the middle class? Simple: You need to pay extra for the privilege of writing the rules that benefit you more than the middle class or the poor.
Paul Ryan is attempting to “do something,” but I don’t believe it’s to “save” Medicare. He already showed us with the “Ryan Plan” exactly which side his bread is buttered on. Now tell us how the Obamacare “Death Panels” want to kill old people to save money.
The Democratic plan is to require the rich to pay their fair share of the cost of running this country. That’s not the entire plan, there are programs that are wasteful and need to be either amended or eliminated. But, we didn’t have a crisis until Bush cut taxes for the rich and began taking money from the social security system to pay for running the government.
