The “office of the President” is no more worthy of respect than any other job. If someone does his/her job well, he/she is worthy of suitable respect. The issue here is “is Obama doing a good job?” Some people say “yes”, others say “no”. A few of the more vocal say “Holl, ne!” (switching vowels intentionally).
Read more carefully, Harley. The audit said that it was no worse than expected from any office tenant. It is different to say “there was some damage” than it is to say “the Clintons stole every W from the keyboard to be mean.” Get it straight.
