He was trying to do that trick where you pretend to slide a pencil in one ear and out the other and he just plain screwed up.

classic. just line the sights up and fire at the midpoint between the ears, regardless of angle or inclination. severs the spinal cord inside the base of the skull. kudos to the guy with the pencil-gun…heh.
