Next on the chopping block is fine arts like chorus and band. Athletics is a sacred cow. Nobody cuts the real fat and waste. The answer is always raise taxes because “it is for the children”….what a crock of horse manure. I could go on and on about textbooks, buildings, etc….but…well…let’s see where this story line goes. It is, however, tooooo personal and vindictive on the part of some of the characters.
Perhaps Hobart’s employer (if he even has a job) will lower the boom on him. All those soon-to-be-out-of-work teachers could put the Milford economy in a hurt locker.

Look at the Baltimore and New Orleans school systems and what happen there. Board is not looking to keep its best teachers, it wants to save money AT THE COST OF EDUCATION.
I didn’t know MIlford was in Florida. Hobart must be a relative of Governor Rick Scott. Seems like everyone is trying to ruin education no matter where it is.
