I have been reading Gil Thorp for years, but for the last 6 months I have NO idea what is actually going on. Each panel is a different story line, most of the time. Does ANYONE know what is supposed to be happening?
That could be because they have just introduced an entirely new cast of characters, one of whom keeps changing his nickname from day to day.
Wonder if Thorp will call “Ghost to the Post” for this clown.
I guess I’m not the only one who doesn’t know what the heck is supposed to be going on here.
Gil Thorpe is the jock version of Zippy the Pinhead. It will never make sense no matter how much you try.
Have to introduce a new bunch every year. High school, y’know. 25% turnover a year, guaranteed.
