I wonder what Ramirez counts as “security.” Since Obama came in border patrols are up, the wall is more complete, more people are being intercepted and sent back. The right wing cannot accept facts on the ground, they’ve got to stick with their fantasy world where Obama can’t have improved border security because, well, everyone knows he can’t.

the US-Mexico border is a raging WAR…..the Fence is 2% completed….the extra border patrols have perhaps raised the catching/deporting numbers a small % using increased funding….but the Americans living in border towns and on ranches and rural lands do not agree that the border is “secure”! If the numbers coming in have slowed at all it is likely because of the Criminal Wars and the poor USA economy and lack of jobs.
