Who's gonna play with Butterscotch?!! Elly: I've made arrangements for them to be looked after. April: Why can't I go to Becky's house?! Did before! Elly: Becky's mom has been very kind, but this is something we have to deal with - I'll make arrangements for you to get off the school bus in town, and you can walk to the store. 12 is old enough to be left home alone, after school. However, if Elly is prepared to pay her, I can see having her come work at the store.
