Long ago, when that guy who was just on Dancing With The Stars, got them organized, he taught the Republicans one important lession: If you keep saying something is true eventually it will become true – or at least people will start thinking it is true which (from a political standpoint) is just as good.
The Republicans don’t like what the media reports if it is different from what the Republicans say it is – so it is the media’s fault since they are “Liberial” and Liberials never tell you the truth.
Part of what’s happened to the “media” over the last ten years is that one day when a group of rich Republicans were standing around complaining about the Media one of them said; “Instread of complaining about the Media why don’t we just buy them? Which they did.

Motivemagus – Yeah I knew the real name was Big Lie (which is a great name by the way), but I had to use that guy (yes I know his name, but “the guy from dancing with the stars is so much more fun to say) from Dancing With The Stars because I love just how messed up our culture has become – I mean where does “reality” end and whatever this mess TV is giving us begins?
My God what would – what will they do to Jesus when he comes back – I mean he is (as far as we know) still single, would they put him on The Bachelorette?
I love that line, it was uttered – God I can’t remember his name, I guess I’ll just have to say “The One Who Doesn”t Wear A Baray – he said it after their series of test proved that his theory was wrong.
churchill - it’s a conundrum. On the one hand, he’s not costing the taxpayers; on the other, this means only the rich or the highly effective fundraisers (who are often getting corporate sponsors) become truly eligible for office. I think on the whole it’s a problem. Why should Americans only be represented in the “big roles” by the rich?
