I know that teacher look. My Danaes see it frequently.

I think Danae will be taking her pop quiz in the principal’s office.

Danae’s “reverse psychology” just boomeranged, but I guess she was too stunned (from the clobbering) to recognise it.

If the teacher has seniority and is a good foot soldier for the union, nothing short of preaching the word of God would cause her to lose her job.

Danae is a manipulative such and such. I wish I would’ve had someone like her in my class.

If we don’t do well it could be seen as an indicator of bad teaching by your superiors…

Or it could mean that Danae is being considered for an attitude adjustment period in detention (to study).

What Danae is missing here is the bigger picture. As long as the majority of the class does well, the teacher is OK, and Danae would stand out as the anomaly. So a better method of attack would be to form a student coalition to collectively all do bad on the quiz.

Radical-Knight, I’m sure that by now Danae has perfected the Big Nate method of handling detention (while away time, or complain and drive detention-room-duty teacher nuts)

Maybe all people should be judged by decisions made by subordinates, such as not paying attention or studying. If I’m a manager, and a subordinate makes countless bad decisions and stupid mistakes, I should be fired. Keep the stupid employee and get a better manager. If its good for teachers, it would be great for all managers.

In days of old when knights were bold, Danae would have had her donkey whipped!

This is exactly the problem with school today, I am a 5th grade teacher, there are no grades for students, no accountability for them, either. Only teachers are held accountable for the whims, non productivity, and apathy of students.
