Thank you JFri. The more prayers the better. I posted on SOTU earlier and noticed that Joy did too. We got music on our minds. Hey drtoon, Woo Hoo Too for the extra hours.

Great to see you drtoon. that coffee just hit the spot. I lovvvvvve coffee. especially in the morning. I take mine with creme & extra sugar though.

Nozzi, have you ever tried your coffee with a little scoop of vanilla ice cream? It’s delicious.

No carmy but it sounds so good. I make sure I’ll try it. You know everyone thinks I am wierd but every time I go to starbucks or some other fancy coffee places I ask for it to be topped off with whipped creme.

Thanks Joy, I know He is with me too and that gives me great comfort. Thank you too, johnnydoc5! Nozzi, you are not weird, you’re paying for the coffee so should be able to get just as you wish. I think I tried it before with whipped cream too, it was good.

If this keeps up Mr. Stantis will start charging us for rent. LOL

Alright people, I know you’re all “piss%% at me for not showing up after my first post, but really! It was awful! I ACTUALLY HAD TO DO SOME WORK today! We were all joking about it! None of us had the internet until 2:45, and the FIRST thing we all did was nothing related to work! (Don’t tell anybody!!) :-D Forget my work e-mails, this was my first stop! TOONAHOLIC! Oh dear!

Dry, Welcome back toonaholic. I would have done the same thing. Joy, I forgot to mention that I saw your post in regards to Dark Shadows and Soap. I loved those shows too. I also saw your Hendrix post on SOTU, nice. I posted too, but alas we were ignored. At least Drtoon was acknowledged.

Joy by “stupid” would you be including dancing with the stuffed bear while wearing a lamp shade???

I feel left out, everyone wakes up as I go to bed, and then goes to bed when I get off of class and/or work. I saw the comments on SOTU, and thought they were all good. I won’t comment there today, but congratulate yourselves for at least trying. Who knows, maybe others saw them and decided not to post a malicious comment.

Carmy - I hope I was not mean in my post on SOTU; While my comments can be mildly sarcastic it is truly not my intent to be rude or insulting. Doctortoon took a large beating and myself to a small amount along with others to try to get the regulars to drop the name calling and open hostility. Although they have improved greatly, it’s still aggressively hardball and I’m not in that league. Pibgorn and Prickly City are my favorite haunts. I prefer the caliber of people here.

Joy dancing with the stuffed bear? Geez I sure MISSED a lot today! Was the stuffed bear Gweedo by any chance? :-D

I don’t know. I kind of like this spot for our little gatherings! But I will try to come up with something else. Hey, wait a minute? Since when am I in charge here????

Radical, No, I did not think your comments were mean at all. I only meant that Joy and I posted and were ignored and but that you had responded to Drtoon. I’ve seen your posts, I can dig your witty, mild sarcasm. You are not insulting or rude. SOTU is a “go for jugular” spot, I rarely venture there, it’s crazy.

Thanks Carmy, I bite my tongue there regularly because I have this “Chandler” from Friends urge to say something, but know I will be torn to pieces and mercilessly ridiculed (as I’m in no league to swim with sharks).

RadicalKnight I know what you mean! I go there sometimes and if the strip is interesting I read the comments. SO MANY TIMES I want to say something, but I doubt they would understand. I only respoond when I get really PISS$$

Carmy - I am in North Houston. Spring, Texas to be exact, just south of The Woodlands near I-45. I worked and lived up near Dallas for about 10 years then came back to Houston. Worked and lived near Huntsville, Alabama, Nashville, Tennessee and Savannah, Georgia. Always came back to Houston. I’m here to stay now.

Radical, I lived in Houston for a bit, many years ago. I was by Missouri City. I loved to go to Astroworld and catch some Astros baseball in the dome. I’m hoping to get back to Texas and visit my family in Brownsville this summer. My mom is a huge Cowboy fan. She has several autographs from the 70’s players.
