well i admit I’m disappointed in all of ‘em … now would be a good time to stop all the earmarks … when it comes to earmarks, bipartisanship prevails, they all do it …
Pots and Kettles. Remember the old term “riders” and how many bills used to carry more non-paying riders than freight? At least the “earmarks” being so fervently debated are only about 10% of the package, instead of 80.
