I’m lost. Did he reanimate the ice cream man? Or did he just take an ice cream break and go back to what he was doing? Frank and the ice cream man look so much alike I’m not sure what’s going on. Is there a reason there is a heart monitor in the 2nd panel? Or is it there and we just can’t see it through the jolts of electricity? All the action is cool, and then stopping for ice cream, surreal. I guess I’m slow today.
