Andy: Paige, you have to start going to bed earlier. Paige: Hmmph. Andy: Six hours of sleep isn't enought for a 14-year-old girl! Its affecting your schoolwork! Andy: Tonight I want you in bed by nine. Paige: Nine?! I can't fall asleep at nine! Andy: That's not what your English teacher says. Paige: Well, that's at nine A.M.

I remember reading a study where half of a High School would start school at normal time, about 8 am, and the other half would start at 11 am. Both halves had the same homework, teachers, and tests, but the students that started at 11 had an average grade almost 20% higher than those that started at 8
