Well, Old, the number of people denied or delayed treatment in that report is by at least an order of magnitude (on a per capita basis, at that) lower than the number of people in this country who can’t get any kind of treatment because their insurance company (which is even less accountable than a government) won’t pay for it. (Assuming they even have insurance.)
In other words, figures don’t lie, but liars figure.
