while I always enjoy a good Bush-mocking, it’s kind of sad to see the space program treated so flippantly. though it’s not like Bush ever did any of these things he’s being mocked for talking about anyway…

Although robotics are by far a better choice, I think the space program is vital. Basic research is sorely needed in many areas of science.
