I would rather take Heroin than McDonalds. That way I can be more certain of the ingredients. Plus, I would lose weight and be far more active most of the time. I would still ruin my teeth and my health but would have more fun doing so.

I don’t eat McDonald’s much, but I never looked at it that way until now. I always assumed adding ‘healthy’ options was just to shut up the critics, and to expand their consumer base. I guess it makes sense for them to want to keep the customers alive longer, as long as they keep coming back to McDonald’s.

McD doesn’t really need to keep customers alive.

As long as kids scream for the pitiful cheap toy in a “Happy Meal”, they’ll have a continuing stream of new customers.

Everything is predicated on the bottom line, more profit this quarter than last. If it doesn’t serve that, it isn’t gonna happen.

If it’s ever proven (with cigarettes, it took years of statistics to prove) then it will affect the bottom line.

(I haven’t bought from McD’s in years; oh, except an occasional shake. They don’t do malts sigh.)

mcd’s shakes suck, too much sugar, fat and artificial flavor. Hardee’s are the best of the fast food joints.
