I don’t get it. Who is that character in bed in the third panel?
Since when does Lio have pupils and wear glasses? And why is his book(?) tied around his neck? I must be being too critical of the drawing. Anyway, it’s our favorite strip!
1) the character under the bed is one of the usual monsters under the bed. And it seems Lio is begrudgingly helping it.
2) Lio does occasionally have pupils. And his larger eyes just look like “glasses.”
3) The book isn’t tied to his neck, that’s just his hand resting on it.
