I went to Home Depot a few years ago to get some concrete blocks to raise the head of my bed a few inches.The guy at Home Depot suggested I go to Walmart and get plastic risers that the college kids use to raise beds to get more storage room. They are usually helpful.

Although I grew up in a slightly different generation, I have huge respect for the ‘Mom and Pop’ shop… and as an artist, I’m a big supporter of the self-employed business owner!

There is room for both, they’re just different business models… one is small selection/high volume the other is large selection/low volume
