gv was talking metric measurements 6’4" is approximately 190 centimetres was what he asked. Poor translation to blame and no. 6’4" is 193 centimetres while 200lbs is a mere 90.7kg. BMI max healthy for a 6’1" person is 87kg or about 191lbs. Neither system takes a lot of physical factors into account realistically such as overall build.
