I used to be able to sit like that for hours, but these days, I can still manage to get down, but my treacherous knees won’t let me get back up again.
I studied yoga from four years, never got the hang of it. Most movements, I couldn’t get into the starting position.
I prefer watching Shogun in my recliner. It’s no longer the 16th Century
furniture is for wimps ( I type as I sit in a “theater seat” ).
