I had need to scan a QR code with my phone the other day. It wouldn’t do it. My iPad would, always has, but the link opened a blank page. I had to research the phone, and most tips were useless. I finally found that one guy who had the information I needed. Basically, open the camera app settings, clear the cache and data.
