Alabama legislature is now promising to pass additional laws “protecting” the IVF process. This will be interesting to watch. Adding malpractice to malpractice does not fix things. I can just see the medical community looking at what they produce and saying “no way, we’re still not proceeding with IVF treatment.” Then the real hissy-fits will start.
