OMG, the last person I would have wanted to set me up on a date was my mother! Lord… once she did suggest a particular guy. He worked with his father on our aluminum siding. His father verbally abused him all day long. Though I could relate to the verbal abuse (from said mother) it didn’t make me respect him or even like him. Plus I knew his sister and I did not want her for a sister in law!
