Lying propagandist hack payne gets it wrong again, it was Colorado repugs that filed the suit not dems.

I predict a 9 – 0 decision against Colorado.

The leftists know they are gonna lose this bigly, so all they have left is to mewl that some so-called Republicans are at fault in Colorado.

I prefer the Maine case, where a leftist Sec. of State with a BA in economics made the sole decision to ban the bad orange man from the ballot.

The Supreme Court would dodge the issue with federalism and the Supremacy Claus that states may not interfere in federal elections, which is a reason to use the insterstate pact to end the electoral college and use popular vote to elect a president.

Colorado exposed a major deficiency in the constitution. Where the language of the day.. can not stand the parsing of today’s lawyers.

A common sense reading.. and trump is barred from all ballots and can not run.. period. But cowards as they are.. politically they will resort to caving in favour of trump.. and opening the door to further challenges like only two terms or being born in the United States.
