Wow a Cathy-free day. NICE! Nothing to roll my eyes at (Mr. P. isn’t worth an eyeroll). I’m going a happy dance at no, um, no Cathy? Seriously? Cathy where the heck are you? Wait, maybe she’s just in the ladies room. I guess I’ll chill then. I mean, I got over missing lightenup didn’t I? :-D

Morning Susan when you arrive. Morning lightenup I’m later than usual so she’s probably about ready to post on top of me while I’m typing. Ouch. Hello fellow Cathyites.

Oh cool, lightenup didn’t step on me. Good thing — it woulda made my PT day harder. Off I go . . .

LOL! My husband and I are into puzzles these days, and I got him some good ones for his birthday so we were finishing it up this morning. I won’t get a “Mother of the Day” award today because I made my kids wait for breakfast until we finished it. :-) But then again, they’re old enough to make their own breakfast, so it wasn’t exactly child abuse. They just wanted me to make them a special smoothie, so they were willing to wait. Okay, that was probably a lot bigger of an explanation than what you were looking for, but hey, I didn’t post for 10 days, so I have to make up for lost time. ;-) Hope PT is going well, and I’m sorry that you’ve had some nightmares. Don’t forget the vacation photos! They can be so copious sometimes. BTW, why does Lightenup say hello to people who aren’t even here? I’ve been reading Cathy comments for months and months and never ran into someone named “lindz.coop.” Maybe he or she has quit reading Cathy.

Maybe Cathy has discovered how to comment on the comics, and she hasn’t managed to reach her own one yet.

Almost everyone is on vacation in that office…where’s Cathy? I’m missing her today…I need an eye- roll or two!!

A simple question, but with a tone of smugness and “I know more than you do” type of attitude. Maybe it’s just me. If I’m wrong, I apologize, but I will always trust my first instincts, where in person or from reading a comment. We don’t need rude and crude here — we play nice.

I also think that Justice League status trumps Wonder Woman being illegal anything.

I’ve never read anything that says patriotism is strictly an American concept. Sure a Brit is a patriot of the UK, a Frenchman a patriot of France, etc. So, Wonder Woman is not an illegal alien. She may not be American, but what’s that got to do with the price of cheese?

You know, Cathy’s probably on vacation, too, but she just didn’t want to call in like everyone else … especially if she doesn’t think her vacation is all that great!

hendelca, from last night — Aaron hopes you found a nice healthy snack before bedtime. Fruits and berries just can’t be beat on hot summer days, maybe with a bit of vanilla yogurt (can’t stand plain yogurt unless we use it in cooking).

I will refrain from posting the 8×10 glossy of a “Death by Chocolate” cake that I was going to exhibit. I figured you’d disown me, which I’d hate. :-D

Wow Hendelca — I would have loved to see the Parry Sound of 30 years ago!! We’ve been going there for about 20 years and yes, the old railroad bridge is still prominent (and I’m pretty sure it is still used). Our cottage is around the Sound in Snug Harbor, but we rely on PS for all necessities. It is beautiful all around there.
