We wear ridiculous shoes in our 20s and 30s and ruin out feet!!

Well, you wouldn’t wear sandals with hose, would you? I wear hose during the cooler months though.I agree about the shoes. Hmmm, to update this old comic, put a really high wedge on the sandal instead of the spike heel, and you are good to go. Well, maybe toddle along.

I, for one, refuse to wear heels like that. I ’d break an ankle for sure. I much prefer comfort.

I got nothing. I can’t relate. I’m a barefoot boy 90% of the time.

Hi Cathyites!!! Silly me — I thought women would have learned their lesson in my generation, as many of them spent time on crutches with broken ankles. I never wore them (tho I found another way to wreck my feet — ballet pointe shoes), but it is very painful to watch girls TRY to walk in them today. And the 4 inch heals are a perfect match for the 4 inch skirts that are so tight they refuse to stay down while you are walking.

I never understood the high heels. If I have to wear dressy shoes, I use low heeled shoes.
