Why doesn’t Cathy have a nose?

Stealing thunder from someone who self-inflicts their own mess is about as cool as it gets. I dunno what Cathy expected. I’d give her my shoulder to cry on but I need it to carry around packs and hoses today.

Morning all. Susan up very early again so I know it’s Wednesday. lightenup must be having too much fun again. Mom! making me smile as usual yesterday. Mom! I’d ask you to adopt me but Billly’s Mom got me first. :-D

Last day of training, then home tomorrow finally finally.

I think she may back off if he gives her a hug. It works for me, so how can it fail? :-D

kittycatpawsare, what you said to Aaron last night: i bet you can’t wait to get home to your Billy was sooo sweet. I am ‘his Billy’ and he is ‘my Aaron’, come heck or high water. We’ve been apart very little since we were 18, so you’re right, it’ll be nice to have Aaron come home. Little Muttley Beagle spends the day with friends while I work. He then spends a half hour searching for Aaron. Gotta love the little pup.

gmauro — CG used to say she never drew Cathy with a nose because she couldn’t make it look right. There are only a handful of drawings with Cathy in profile, because she really looks strange without a nose in that depiction.

We got off light this year on taxes — probably because we sent in all our prepayments for the first time ever. I actually don’t mind paying taxes if they would go toward something besides senseless/endless wars. Sigh.
