    Good morning Vagabonds

Well now, there is a cold front that’s going to mow us over coming down from Canada, so drizzly is the word for today. When I got up, I saw 50, Along with the rain comes a high of 60.

Baseball starts in VT today as the Lake Monsters take to Centennial Field in Burlington for their home opener. Originally a farm team for the Expos then Nationals. When MLB did away with the farm system they became part of a collegiate league. Players can still be picked up by MLB teams.

Nothing out of the ordinary on my itinerary for today, I’m a master thumb twiddler.

May God bless your day and keep you company.

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

Another quiet day in the neighborhood. I made my weekly trip to Walmart this morning. They had a lot of empty shelves and I was unable to get a lot of the stuff on my list. Good thing I keep a well stocked pantry.

The weather was pleasant so that was nice. I forgot to check the morning temperature, but I do know that our high will be 81. And we have more storms coming. And that is all my news.

May you all have a blessed day.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

I was up early this morning following Mike’s roommate to have his car repaired. I gave him a ride home. The roommate is leaving for Vermont on June 6 and Mike is anxious to have his apartment back. I didn’t realize how anxious until Chris got a call from him on the way home, making sure that he had taken the car in for repair. LOL, my son the micro-manager.

I did manage to get the x-ray yesterday so I’m all set for the orthopedists. Assuming, of course, that they don’t postpone me again.

Last night’s meeting went well. We were done with both the open meeting and the executive session by 7:15. Normally we’re there until almost 9. I have bowed out of the more active parts of my HOA chores. With my hip the way it is, I can’t walk on the rocks anymore, so I can’t do the walk arounds with the painter. I also had to pass on handing out the flyers for tomorrow’s water shut off. This is getting so old!

Church this evening with Mike and Chris. Other than that and possibly taking Chris to get his car, it will be a quiet day.

We made it to the forecast on the patio yesterday (97). Today’s is for 95 and sunny. What we have so far is 88 and mostly cloudy. I hope it stays that way for the plumbers tomorrow.

    Everyone have a blessed day.
