    Good evening, Vagabonds.

It has been a slow day. It was 75 at 6 am with the humidity at 95%, our humidity is now down to 64% and still miserable. I think I failed to drink enough water yesterday as I have been dragging all day. I guess I just needed an easy day. :,-)

Yesterday my friend and I were so excited about the craft fair we both missed a crucial detail. When we got to the venue, no one was there! We went to face book to look at the notice, then we both laughed. It is scheduled for the 12th. So now that we have had our “practice” run we are ready for the real thing.

May you all enjoy a peaceful evening.

Sounds like it was a lot of fun.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

It has been awhile! With the temps going over 95 (more often over 100) for the last couple of weeks it has kept our internet off line. A lot! There were days when I could not access my internet until after 9 pm, bummer. We have now gotten some relief with the rains so I hope to get back to my regular schedule.

Nothing much has been happening. It has been to hot and humid to go anywhere, so we have spent our time mostly at home. Even today started at 73 degrees and 97% humidity. Currently it is 90 with 61% humidity. That combo is exhausting all by itself. I will be going out shortly to have lunch with my friend then on to a craft fair. We have never been to this one before, it is new. So we are looking forward to seeing what they will be offering.

May you all have a very blessed day.

I re-read the “John Carter” series a couple of years ago. My grandmother was a fan of ERB “Tarzan” books. I still have that was given to her by her father for her birthday in 1918.

We finally got cool enough for our internet to work and I am in the process of catching up. Like you, I also like Anne McCaffrey’s books. I started reading them after my first Pern book. Asl good!

    Good evening, Vagabonds.

Another hot day. It was 75 with 58% humidity at 8 am, muggy. It is now 12 hours later and 93 degrees, our high was 99. Once the temperature reaches 90, the internet goes in and out until after 8 pm. (Deep sigh.)

The family was over for dinner tonight. Last week they asked for salad for tonight. I asked what kind of salad they wanted and I got five different answers. So my solution was that they brought the salad and I made dessert. Worked out great. I haven’t figured out next week yet as everyday is supposed to be 100 or higher. I may have to repeat the salad.

May you all have a peaceful evening.

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

Another hot day in Mid-MO. The day started off at 73 and 58% humidity and it is now 91 and the humidity has dropped to 28%. It is hot and miserable. We are having a brief respite from the 99-103 temperatures that is only suppose to last until the weekend. Anytime the temperatures rise above 95 we lose our internet. So I am enjoying things while it is working.

So far it has been a typical Wednesday, Walmart in the morning and laundry this afternoon. How exciting. Nothing much has been going on the last week, just a lot of staying home and keeping cool.

May you all enjoy a blessed day
