This reminds me of a funny, true story. We came home from dinner one night and uncomfortable, an empty loaf of bread was laying on the floor. I should say an empty bag from a loaf of bread. The Irish setter had obviously eaten the entire loaf and my husband said it was on the back of the cabinet. There’s no way the dog got to it, the cat had to of helped. I said you punish the dog I’ll punish the cat but the cat did not eat all that bread. Typical husband and wife your pet did it argument. I called the cat and I heard a faint meow. I discovered him locked in the basement. He had been there all night , I made my husband apologize to the cat for ever doubting his innocence.
