Having the floor for a committee report, I added, “And now I’d like to quote that famous Philadelphian, Bill Cosby, on information he received as a patient in a Philadelphia hospital that facilitated his decision to undergo a tonsillectomy: ICE CREAM!!! WE’RE GONNA HAVE ICE CREAM!!!”
