That’s all that’s coming out of the Fox stable. I can’t wait for Carlson to be sued or indicted.

And there are still a bevy of lawsuits against Faux remaining!

The Fox statement:

“We acknowledge the Court’s rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false. This settlement reflects FOX’s continued commitment to the highest journalistic standards. We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues.”

It was written and spoken by an actual lawyer, so we all know it must be true . . .

Oh my. A media outlet settled a lawsuit. Just like all the other media outlets. Sandmann is but one recent case that comes to mind.

There are a lot of Fox News today. I think this one says it best.

The settlement of the suit was front page news, globally, but fox gave it less than a column inch mixed in with the obits.

“Newsmax believes that the facts at issue in Dominion’s case against it are materially different from those that may have driven Fox to settle and no conclusion about Newsmax should be drawn from that settlement,” a company spokesperson told CNN. “Newsmax stands by its coverage and analysis of the 2020 election and will continue to vigorously defend against the claim.”

The voting technology company also has ongoing lawsuits against former President Donald Trump’s allies, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Mike Lindell, who were at the tip of the spear of concocting and spreading the lie that the election was stolen from Trump.CNN

And some low-intelligence goobers STILL believe that FAUX NOISE is the only reliable source of “news” out there.

Sad, truly sad.

Be interesting to know if there was an email sent from the top on how to handle this and the consequences if you dared mention “this”.. or a spontaneous self preservation thing.

Keep the lawsuits coming. Bleed them dry.

You wuz expecting maybe even a smidgen of sense and sensibility? Surely not honesty, of course.

Fox is too busy covering how the green M&M isn’t sexy anymore.

Fox News is just as bad as the others, they just pander to another low brow, minimal IQ, knuckle dragging demograph. Intelligent people don’t pay much attention to American news media.

Al Franken wrote a book, Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right. Was published in 2003. Fox sued Franken and his publisher for using their slogan “Fair and Balanced”; Fox described Franken as “intoxicated or deranged” and “shrill and unstable”. Franken responded that he had trademarked the wordl “funny” and Fox had infringed his rights by calling him “unfunny”. The judge denied Fox’s request to block the publication of the book characterizing the network’s claim as “wholly without merit, both factually and legally”. During the judge’s questioning, spectators in the gallery frequently laughed at Fox’s case. Franken later joked, “Usually when you say someone was literally laughed out of court, you mean they were figuratively laughed out of court, but Fox was literally laughed out of court.” Three days later, Fox filed to dismiss its lawsuit.

I am really disappointed with Dominion; they had a chance to really humiliate Fox and they went with greed. I wonder how much of that money is going into the pockets of top execs.

Turns out FOX doesn’t trust itself to be a credible source for the amount paid to Dominion.

CNN had crickets when they defamed Nick Sandmann.

Dominion had crickets when CNN defamed them.
