Fox — anchors, journalists, and execs — knew the statements they were quoting, presenting, and making on air were false. They deliberately silenced fact checkers whose information could have limited damage to the plaintiff. They bragged about how disseminating false information would increase ratings/earnings AND set policies and actions in place to achieve same.
Every opportunity they had to set things straight, they avoided — including the “step by step” plan to fix it all which never materialized. Their misinformation was also used by other news outlets etc. They never pulled back or issued any corrections. And to top it off, they BENEFITED financially and in market share from all the damage they were knowingly doing to plaintiff … and the rest of the country.
Dominion’s motion for summary judgment against Fox News — proves Fox to be nothing but a propaganda platform aiming to help the Republican Party, but also the evidence it makes available to Jack Smith as he considers charges against those who used false claims about voting fraud to gin up a coup attempt.
Dominion case will bolster the Smartmatic case, FOX is Really Stupid and Arrogant and the trial loss gets them Branded as Liars. Hence forth, anyone confronted by FOX Reporting, the response is, …”I’m not responding to proven liars”
