We as a Nation must not discus drugs or drug deaths. America lost 106,000 people to it in 2021 but to mention it means we must address the who, why & how of it. America showed last month they don’t care. Nothing to see here just keep ignoring our Border.
The Sackler family (Purdue Pharma) started the opioid epidemic by intentionally pushing doctors to prescribe them for far too many patients. They are supposed to pay fines, but they should go to prison.
I saw a news program aout Fentanyl last week that was enlightening. (I’ve forgotten which channel.) Fentanyl pills are cheaper than heroin with a much stronger effect. The heroin addicts are switching to Fentanyl.

Should change that to a Doctor telling a patient this… that’s the main introduction for addicts.

Uh, no. Kids that age are not being hooked on fentanyl. It is adults, making conscious decisions about their own lives, who are being killed by it.
