I believe the best Sicilian pie is in New Jersey below the Raritan River, from any pizza place that draws their water from deep wells within the Kirkwood-Cohansey Aquifer. the mineral load in the water subtlety changes the rise of the dough and adds a taste that cannot be duplicated elsewhere.
