I’m looking in the Comments with the hope that someone else may have figured out just what the heck this one is trying to say …

“Young Latinas are superior beings” is a testable hypothesis. It could, in fact, lead to quite a few doctoral dissertations.

I would feel happier if the stastitic showed they had voted for someone. The way this reads, they may not have voted at all. :(
