I caught myself slipping into that mode. It’s subtle. I’m getting over it.

I may be a baby boomer, but I’m not that bad. I can tolerate some of the music nowadays, just not the crap these kids listen to.

I’m from the boomer generation, enjoy many kinds of music, really getting in All American Rejects and Beck, to name a few.

Enjoy Jazz, do have a Bix Beiderbeck album, and love The Yellowjackets.

Love Motown from later ‘60s to ‘70s, but can’t get into Rap, just like I can’t get into current Country, from the ‘70s to early ‘90s yes.

I’ve kept an open mind and been rewarded with many new favorite groups and songs. Every time I feel my inner crudgemudgion coming out I hear my dad’s voice telling me how awful Rock & Roll is.

Though I tried, RAP & Jazz both leave me cold. But there is a lot of new Rock that is awesome. I am a big fan of Elle King.

“I used to be with ‘it’, but then they changed what ‘it’ was. Now what I’m with isn’t ‘it’ anymore and what’s ‘it’ seems weird and scary. It’ll happen to you!” – Grandpa Simpson

If the Eagles were good. Can’t imagine that from the most boring band ever. Let’s see who takes the bait…

Us boomers have become the “dumped on” generation.

Hey, I resent that remark. I thought the Eagles were good on their first to albums. After Joe Walsh joined them, not so much.
