The Former Guy and his friends left piles of it around. They left cleaning it up to the Democrats, and then complain the job isn’t being done fast enough and at too high of cost. Please be careful about where you step and how you vote.

Apparently this cartoonist gets information from somewhere other than a place with accurate statistics.

Truth matters. Republican-appointed Federal Reserve Chairman, Jerome Powell is using the tools he has to address inflation, but prices of common goods are not going down. That means there’s another factor at play, and that factor is called corporate greed.

Bigger corporate profits account for over half of the higher prices people are paying. Corporate profits are hitting a 70 year high, and still we’re calling it inflation?

Gas prices fluctuate based on global oil prices. Politicians literally can’t reduce them. If you’re silly enough to vote based on facile promises on gas prices, you’re genuinely at risk of throwing away American democracy, (& social security & medicare).

What was the Republican plan again?

Because tax cuts for the rich and corporations always work. Just ask the UK.

And if Biden did anything to get rid of that mess, the GOP would rail against his choosing winners and losers, or manipulating their sacred market.

Unless of course Biden promoted their favorite drugs – tax cuts or deregulation.
