Greetings from Vermont! We love it here! So far all we’ve seen is the drive from the airport to the motel but the colors are just gorgeous! Today we’ll be knocking around Bennington to see what we can see.
I’ve been in Vermont when we visited my brother in Maine. It is beautiful country up there. A lot greener than my present environment.
Not much happening today. We successfully replaced one of the battery packs on Michael’s mobility scooter yesterday and today we’ll do the other one. They need to charge for several hours, so doing them one at a time made sense. Those batteries weigh 8 lbs. each and there are two in each pack.
We’re at 85 looking at a high of 93. The precipitous drop on the 13th has dropped to 6 degrees instead of 15, mostly because the previous day’s temps dropped too. I’m not complaining.
My day started out slow. I reached up, turned off the alarm and immediately fell back to sleep for 45 minutes. Most days I don’t mind this, but today is “get to and out of Walmart before the crowds day.”. Okay, so I really don’t like shopping when all the mammas with little ones are in the store. We were both tired by the time we got home, and after putting everything away I made the mistake of sitting down. I still have laundry to do. Not really my day to “get ’ere done”. ;)
We are enjoying another beautiful fall day. The day started out at 45 and has warmed to 79 with plenty of sunshine, a gentle breeze and a few clouds in the skies. We do have a few trees with the leaves starting to change, but we are still a week or so from our pretty autumn.

it’ll be 72 today. don’t mind that at all.
had my OT session this morning. she suggested i take my tylenol about an hour before she gets here. that seem to help a lot.
