    Far be it from me to correct Moses and/or Eric . . . Oh, OK, I’ll correct them both:

    “Why DOTH thy smoke follow me?” The subject is “thy smoke”, not “thou”.

    (You’re hearing this from someone who every school-day for 12 years had the King James Bible read to him in public school by Pennsylvania law.)
