    4 separate agencies were involved and there was no central leadership. What kind of coordination do we expect? Maybe we should try to integrate all our policing agencies into a coherent organization?

    If there were “too many cooks in the kitchen” then why didn’t ONE of them grab himself by the balls & say “F—k this,I’m goin’in”?

    I’m not a law enforcement officer, but I would think that the first person there is in charge until someone arrives who is clearly superior AND declares they are now in charge. Wouldn’t this type of leadership determination happen everyday in Uvalde with its multiple agencies?

    AND if you are the ISD chief, when you arrive, don’t you immediately assume control or validate control? I have no compassion for the chief and little for the officers who waited in safety in the hallway RATHER than the training we hear about that calls for them to confront, Confront, CONFRONT the shooter(s) ASAP!
