I can’t believe we’re still waiting to find out Heart’s motivation for not going to the doctor (an official answer, not commenters guessing). Now I want Steenz to draw the suspense out for another whole week, just to troll the audience, including me. >:^}
I’m way older than Heart, and doctors had stopped giving candy to kids years before my time. Some of them gave away sugar-free lollypops, or (especially dentists) gave away cheap plastic trinket toys.

As a child I don’t recall ever having my opinion asked regarding going the doctor or dentist.
