And frankly pogue, we don’t give a crap about the politics of the Uvalde PD. They screwed up. And if BS gun laws let an 18 year old psycho who had made death threats, terroristic threats, and so on buy two assault rifles and ammo when he shouldn’t have had a water pistol, then those laws have to change.
You pogue, y’all try to shade and jive us away from the fact that those dead teachers and massacred children died because we don’t have laws that have worked all over the world to reduce mass shootings and still allow folks to hunt. What’s depressing to me is that none of the cops will be held accountable because, technically, they have no legal obligation to protect us. Sure, that’s what we hire them for, but if they choose not to intervene when a crime is happening, the Supreme Court has already ruled (I believe in the 80s) that there’s no legal recourse. The worst you can do is fire them (assuming the police union allows it). Or, I suppose, disband the entire department and start from scratch. But what’s that going to achieve?
While another 20 mass shooting incidents since Uvalde. Address the police situation but don’t forget these incidents are taking place because guns are about as difficult to obtain as a box of cereal. And the lack of caring about lives over guns speaks spades about the U.S. as a nation.
And, just as expected, a traitor above tries to equate the shooting of a traitor by a cop defending the Capitol Building with a bunch of children being killed by a terrorist. Such as he/she/it would have us believe they are exactly the same thing.
It’s shameful that cops that wanted to go in chose to ignore their instincts (and training!) and followed bad orders instead.
It reminds me of a story of a truly Republican town in Florida. Why do I call it that? Because the town was so down on taxes that it would not provide the basic services that caring municipalities provide. In this particular case: fire protection. If you wanted it, you paid the town $75 per year. Of course, that provides the incentive to not bother to pay, betting that you won’t need it. And, of course, some guy’s house caught fire. He had not paid. They refused service. He offered to pay. Cash. Right this minute. No dice, said the town.
They did send firefighters to the scene, to protect this person’s neighbors’ homes from catching fire. But they watched his house burn to the ground. More than one of them vomited because of the mental stress. But no one stood up to the madness and did what was right.
Blanka sexual is so very thin skinned but supkrts the pogue who continually tries to downplay the slaughter of 19 innocent children. Whe the rest of the world finds the actions of that18 year old psychopath abhorenthe Turd Reich can only hold a gun giveaway with the exact same weapon used (plus 1,000 rounds of free ammo!). And then Dolt .45 can’t even find the decency to correctly pronounce their names correctly. And on top of that the POS dances a little jig.
And they have the gall to be the ones who have a thing skin?
