Looks like you and the guys had some great fun. A little of your favorite exercise – digging holes and then a rousing game of football. The topper would be being able to snitch sausages or something equally delicious off an unattended plate when you get home.

Oh look, everyone having fun, happy days!

We deserve the occasional perfect day. Seems like they are getting fewer and far “betweener” lately.

This reminds me of a Blondie strip decades ago in which everything was shown going right for Dagwood. In the final panel, Blondie, sitting in bed waiting for him to get home — and lookin’ fine in her nightie — smiled directly at the readers and said something along the lines of, “After X years in this strip, he deserves a day like today!”

Such fun!

My Basset, Henry, crossed the rainbow bridge a few days ago. He would have been 13 on the 12th of July. I miss him so much. Hud your hound today.
