IMVPO the state of NY should rehab the electric chair and the first person to get to use it should be the latest mass murderer.
The problem is that even with the perpetrator being caught in the act, and actually livestreaming himself as he kills people, they still insist on having a trial, and have to wait several more years before the state can execute him because of all the appeals. IMVPO if the person is caught in the act of committing mass murder, then why is that person still entitled a trial? I believe that every mass murderer should get either A-put into solitary and left alone or if the state has a death penalty then B-execute him within 30 days, by the most painful method possible.
According to what I read yesterday there have been 230 mass shootings JUST IN THE FIRST 4.5 MONTHS OF 2022
