Several restaurants here, over the years, have been closed down because of unsanitary kitchens and or practices. Some served delicious food though. Now food trucks are ubiquitous and I’m a tad skittish about getting food from one.
Bill must have been reading Richard Thompson’s Richard’s Poor Almanac, where restaurants are frequently shut down for a variety of offenses. The P.J. Piehole’s chain is particularly often targeted.
In any case, Gunther and Pierpoint have other, more rankly rotten resources (including dumpsters and garbage cans) at their disposal….
